1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Subzy (available on web, iOS, and Android), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Subzy is a subscription tracking tool that helps you manually track, manage, and monitor your recurring payments across web, iOS, and Android. We provide renewal reminder notifications (email and push), spending analytics, and data export features.

Subzy does not connect to your bank accounts or payment methods. All subscription data is entered manually by you. We are a tracking tool — we do not manage, cancel, or pay your subscriptions on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

To use Subzy, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You may register using an email address and password, Sign in with Google, or Sign in with Apple.

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

Free users can track up to 5 subscriptions. Subscriptions added beyond the free limit are locked (blurred) and inaccessible until you upgrade — they are never automatically deleted.

Premium Plan

Premium unlocks unlimited subscriptions, advanced analytics, category breakdowns, and data export. Pricing:

• €0.99 / month
• €9.99 / year

Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Billing & Refunds

• Web: Payments processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at [email protected].
• iOS: Payments processed by Apple via the App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy and must be requested through Apple.
• Android: Payments processed by Google via Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google's refund policy and must be requested through Google Play.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Subzy only for lawful purposes
• Enter accurate subscription information
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limits
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

6. Limitation of Liability

Subzy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Missed payments or charges resulting from missed or undelivered reminders
• Inaccuracies in subscription data you have entered
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues
• Financial decisions made based on data displayed in Subzy
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You remain solely responsible for managing, cancelling, and paying for your own subscriptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Subzy — including the name, logo, design, software, and text — are owned by Subzy and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. You may delete your account at any time from Settings — this permanently removes all your data.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Premium access is not refunded for the remainder of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Subzy after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under EU law, including the right to bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence.
